Absolutely horrible company with horrible customer services. If they were a brick and mortar they would not be in business. Customer Service is a joke. They will auto-renew your subscription. Its impossible to cancel this auto-renew also.

This is the worst site for fake profiles around!

Yes, I also wasted plenty of time and money on EliteSingles trying to contact profiles who were as real as Kim Kardashian’s ass. Yes, I also was conned out of money through automatic renewals. And yes, I found the way out! I’m the happiest man on Earth now because I met my better half on

I had to reach that point in my life when I told myself, “Just stop. It doesn’t work. You can’t find a woman here who is worth falling in love with. You don’t want to live with a drama queen. You don’t want to be taken advantage of”. And I moved on. I totally changed strategy and I started looking for a woman from a different culture, a culture based on strong family values. My courage and efforts were rewarded. I could have not wished for a better woman.
My word of advice: when you stop using something that obviously doesn’t work you find what works for you. Don’t repeat the same mistake over and over again. There are ways that work, sites that work and women who are genuine!

I've tried to join twice in the past 6 months, both times didn't receive the "confirmation email" & after spending what felt like hours answering pointless questions.
I couldn't see any photos of others on the site as they blur it unless you join!! How are you supposed to see if there's any potential...IF YOU CAN'T SEE.
The customer service was slow & not very personable. I believe I'd have better luck dating by sitting on the side of a bridge!!! Don't waste your time, effort & money :-(

Absolute thieves, there's no link for cancellation anywhere yet they took my money from my bank account without any reminder whatsoever.

This company is absolutely immoral and customer service is uneducated and incapable. They will sneakily automatically charge your renewal. I noticed straight away (£90) and contacted them as soon as, knowing that i haven;t used the site after this auto renewal, the customer service still refuse to provide a refund and lying in between her teeth. This is what she wrote: "I can also inform you, that the absolute majority of our users are clearly already aware of this, as only very few users complain about being renewed...." it doesn't take a person who went to school to google company reviews and quickly found out how many have been complaining about this auto-renewal. I found such sneaky style despicable and immoral. As for the product, it is useless. The APP is the worst i have seen, it is disgrace.

Poor quality site. Easy to get caught out by the automatic renewal process. If you contact customer service after this point they will flatly refuse to help and threaten to get in a debt collection agency.

The site chooses your matches. Since being on there, the site has literally sent me old men . I appreciate that I may not be a 6ft glamour model, but there seems to be NO consideration in attraction! I have been here for 3 months and not had one person with whom so much as a chat with. I am not looking for a silver bullet, just a decent match.
The site is not friendly to use. Waste of money and would not recommend.

DO NOT SIGN UP TO #ELITESINGLES!!

Why?

FIRSTLY: At least 50% of the "matches" were either fake accounts or scammers. The latter quickly want to switch to email or WhatsApp and then try to extract enough info to steal your identity OR simply try and get money direct from you.

SECONDLY: Read the small print!! #Elitesingles automatically sign you up for autorenewal, even if you do not want it. Then, unlike more reputable organisations, #EliteSingles SEND NO NOTIFICATION they are about to renew you. So, if you don't cancel (the autorenewal you are unaware of) at the 7+ day point before the renewal date, they take hundreds of £££ from your account. So, you have a cancelled membership but you still have to pay for an additional and unwanted 6 months (currently at over £209.70, which is a 25% more than what it was only 6 months ago!!).

THIRDLY: Their customer service team do not answer if you send complaints about either of the above. However, they are quick to answer if you have difficulties setting up payment...

#Elitesingles will fail, companies that behave this way always do. Save your money. Don't get conned by Elitesingles or scammed by their members.

I cancelled my membership and direct debit, well in advance of renewal. However, when I recently checked though my bank account direct debits, #Elitesinges had setup a new Direct Debit, under a different name: Spark Networks Services GMBH. I have now blocked this too.

I've been a member of EliteSingles for three months and I can certainly confirm that it is NOT a scam. It is a legit dating site which is worth checking out for sure. Just in my opinion members are way too square. That is why I decided to quit my membership on here.

But anyway, it is a legit site. No doubt about it. If it was not your cup of tea I'd suggest to use Mingle2day. It works quite well for me. But there are other options as well.

Pathetic services.

Would not recommend it. It matches with way older men. I'm 47 hardly ever matches with men in my age instead matches with men in their 60 and 70s. Waste of money!

I have used this web for once last year, because of the busy work. I was completely forget this web. And never logged on my account. I even forgot I have a membership. Last weeks, I saw a £209 payment been took away from my PayPal. And found actually it is from elite single. The problem is I have not received any email or message before the renewal. Anyway, I have wrote to elite single about this matter, and following is the response from them:

Thank you for your message. Your premium membership renewed on 30.05.2022, because the automatic renewal was not cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of your subscription term.
We regret if this was unexpected but the automatic renewal of your Premium membership has now been switched off. You can use your paid subscription until 30.11.2022. Once your subscription ends, it will revert back to a basic, free membership.

If you did cancel the automatic renewal of your membership on time, please provide us with some kind of documentation of this, such as an emailed cancellation request or a cancellation confirmation email. We will gladly look into it!

In the meantime, we thank you for your understanding and hope you enjoy your time with us.

It is a scam, they do not have any volume of paying members, also many fake accounts.
You have 3 days to get a refund, you have to a letter to a physical address in Berlin, Germany.
What a waste of money!!
